Per person fees are directly dependant on the number of
participants per program.
Prices are based on double room occupancy. Single accommodations can be
arranged at an extra cost; this would include single tents during the
trek.
Send us an email indicating the selected program and the number of
travelers; we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Booking must be made by e-mail.
VLL will confirm availability and require an advanced payment of 30% of
the total price. Upon money transfer reception a "confirmation of
booking” e-mail is sent.
The balance is due eight days prior to the beginning of the trip, at the
latest.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Cancellation of reservations must be made by e-mail, the amount
previously submitted will be refunded after deducting bank charges,
according to the following procedure.
If cancelation communication comes:
- 21 days before departure. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 75%
refund
- Between 14 and 21 days before departure. .. . . . 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before departure. .. …………….0% refund
Please bear in mind: no shows or failure to communicate changes on time,
whatever the cause, voids any reimbursement.
RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All participants agree Villa Los Loros programs may expose participants
to certain degree of potential risks (due to lack of medical centers,
mountain geography, use of horses, weather conditions, acts of god,
etc.) that may result in physical injury, emotional trauma or death as
well as damage to personal belongings.
Participants will have to declare (by firming a waiver form) to be in
good condition – both psychological and physical – to face efforts
trekking implies and understands that risks can not be eliminated,
assuming risks as part of the journey giving up any legal action against
Villa Los Loros and/or its staff, and accepting full responsibility for
any accidents that might occur.
Acts of god such as but not limited to strikes, riots and/or similar
disorders as well as flight cancellation or roads interruptions that
prevent passengers to travel, do not imply Villa Los Loros in any
responsibility. Villa Los Loros’s support to minimize the effects of
these problems shall not be understood other than acts of pure
liberality.
CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM
Villa Los Loros reserves the right to cancel and/or modify any part of a
travel plan, at any time to ensure participant and/or staff safety.
Participant shall be accordingly reimbursed.
DISPUTES
Peruvian Laws apply to any dispute, with jurisdiction of Abancay city
Forum.
